Following the release of the SISS - Scaffolding Industry Safety Standard in March 2022, Heightsafe Solutions are pleased to offer Government and Industry a course enabling people to closely engage with the SISS and other scaffolding guidance material in NSW in a structured manner.
This course provides a certificate on successful completion, providing proof of training for your company records.
The SISS delivers clear written guidance regarding:
• Management of contractors • Management of scaffolding work • Management of erected scaffolds, particularly on-going modification • Training and qualification of workers • Role of engineers, sign-offs and verifications

CBT course delivery allow us to tailor training very specifically to customer requirements in short development time frames.

Work safely at heights, industrial rescue, confined space awareness, lifting and load restraint.
Manual handling, emergency response and evacuation, fire response, CPR, first aid.
Swing stage user, under 4 m scaffold user, portable ladder care, use and maintenance.
Load restraint, lifting equipment inspection & use.
Rescue & evacuation from swing stage, BMU, jumpform, slipform, scaffold, dams, tower cranes, M&M hoists, heavy road, rail & sea transport vehicles & cranes, ore & grain loaders, port cranes, bridges, towers, platforms, buildings and natural surfaces such as batters or cliffs.
Wind turbine rescue and emergency evacuation. Marine rescue, man overboard training and drills.
